GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board voted 5-0 to recommend that the council approve a site plan change so a new Dutch Bros coffee shop with a drive-thru can be built near East Elliot Road and South Power Road in Mesa—applicant Shelby Eldridge made the request on behalf of Avalon Ranch LLC.  Mesa Independent
