- ➤ The Mesa Design Review Board reviewed the design and landscaping for a new Sun Devil Auto facility on October 14th on a 5.9-acre site about 280 feet east of the northeast corner of East Southern Avenue and South Signal Butte Road. The design features east-facing bay doors and a 6-foot wall set 200 feet from homes — staff planner Charlotte Bridges noted the meeting occurred despite absences from Chair Dane Astle and Boardmember Paul Johnson — to ensure a proper buffer between the facility and the residential area.
