- ➤ Early ballots are being mailed this week for a special recall election in District 2 where voters will choose between incumbent Julie Spilsbury and newcomer Dorean Taylor for the remainder of the term ending January 2029—Mesa voters will also get a ballot for an $898 million Valleywise Health bond measure on November 4.
