- ➤ City leaders have approved the design process to change a half-mile of Center Street from City Hall to the Convention Center by removing a travel lane, adding bike lanes and widening sidewalks. The study will also look at a roundabout at Center and Second Streets—balancing pedestrian safety with parade access. The Mesa Tribune
