On Aug. 6th, Mesa Board of Adjustment approved a special-use permit and reduced parking requirement for Project Aspire’s 292,000-square-foot pharmaceutical facility at 7236 E.

Warner Road. The facility is planned for 500 workers and will use an alternative off-site parking plan—applicant Adam Baugh of Alex Hayes, Withey Morris Baugh PLC and owner HUB at 202 OWNCO LLC were involved.

The Mesa Police Department is asking for help to find 17-year-old Lazariah McCarthy, who went missing on Aug.
