GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The Arizona Attorney General’s Office is investigating Thin Blue Line Association, a Texas-based firm that state regulators say acted as an unlicensed insurer by selling gap insurance policies to retired officers and firefighters and stopping claim payments last November—regulators sent a cease and desist letter and a judge in Ohio gave them control over the company’s assets.
