  • Mesa City Council approved a ground lease that clears the way for Soletrust to buy The Grid—a three-acre site at Main and Pomeroy—to convert phase one into a hotel instead of apartments. The deal gives the developer nine months to finish construction with an anchor tenant, Crust Simply Italian, planning to start work with an October opening.  The Mesa Tribune
