- ➤ Apex Power Conversion opened its U.S. headquarters and manufacturing facility in Mesa after celebrating its launch at the Cleanpower 2025 Expo in Phoenix; the 206,000-square-foot facility (over $60 million investment) will employ up to 300 workers today with plans to expand to 700 by 2029 and start manufacturing inverter systems in the first quarter of next year. CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Randy and Chad Miller pleaded guilty on May 28 to securities fraud and aggravated identity theft in connection with a scheme that defrauded municipal bond investors to help build the Mesa sports complex known as Arizona Athletic Grounds— they face up to seven years in prison and will be sentenced by U.S. District Judge Lewis A.
