  • Mesa Public Schools promised the U.S. Department of Education that it would not engage in unlawful DEI practices to keep federal funds—three federal judges later blocked plans to withhold money for alleged violations. School officials said the district complies with Title VI and will monitor court rulings to decide any further action.  The Mesa Tribune
