  • Mesa and 22 partners are funding a $33 million feasibility study with SRP and the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation to explore four options to restore Verde River storage, including building a new Bartlett Dam. The draft report is set for public comment in November while Mesa contributes $688,000 (spread over multiple years) with final recommendations expected in 2027.  The Mesa Tribune
