- ➤ Mesa police arrested Ian Moses (35) after a Tesla Cybertruck caught fire at a dealership on Hampton Avenue and Sossaman Road early April 28, charging him with arson of structure and property and malicious damage to a vehicle by means of fire while federal officials labeled the act as domestic terrorism.
