- ➤ A Mesa businessman is preserving the historic Big Tin Cotton Gin as QT plans to demolish the Queen Creek site for a gas station set to break ground in 2027. Once asbestos cleanup ends, he must relocate the building within 60 days — saving a piece of Arizona’s agricultural heritage. 12 News
