- ➤ A water main break occurred at the intersection of N. Val Vista Dr. and E. McDowell Rd. on Feb. 10 at 11:24 a.m. Repair crews adjusted traffic (southbound turning west and northbound turning east) while one lane remained open and drivers are advised to avoid the area until repairs finish. - ➤ Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes announced a nearly $12 million settlement with Choice Home Warranty to refund customers who bought a warranty by phone from Jan. 1, 2013, to Jan. 1, 2023; the claims process will begin in coming weeks and the company must change its sales practices. 12 News
