About this event

While still an all levels class, this one's gonna hit home. We use our black shrouded springs and/or light hand weights to get you sweating and shaking. Using compound movements that engage both the upper and lower body, this one gets your heart rate up. The use of these added tools are optional and are meant to add intensity to your class, but you may always choose not to use them for all or a portion of class and still achieve a killer BURN.
