About this event

This Community Class is led by one of our newly certified SWT MVMNT instructors as part of their 8-week Teacher in Training Program. Our Teacher in Training instructors have successfully completed the SWT MVMNT Teacher Training Program and are fully certified in our method. During these first eight weeks, they're continuing to gain valuable experience teaching live classes while refining their confidence, voice, and classroom presence with the support of our leadership team. Expect the same intentional sequencing, muscle-focused movement, and welcoming community you know and love, while helping us support the next generation of SWT MVMNT instructors.
