Haunted Canyon to Tony's Ranch./ Canyon of the Waterfalls.

Change of plan, After consulting with the National Weather service detailed forcast I have decided that for safety and a more enjoyable hiking experience I am postponing Haunted Canyon for a later date. The creeks and washes that we will need to negotiate (both on foot and possibly by vehicle) are supposed to remain in flood stage thru midweek.. The trail thru Haunted canyon involves about a dozen creek crossings.

Lets go hike to the canyon of the Waterfalls. We should see some good waterfall action. We will start at the first parking area on the right .(Canyon of the waterfalls trailhead) at 0700 am

Be sure to bring water and nutrients to sustain you for 3 hrs of moderate outdoor activity, and your preferred means of protection from the terrain and the elements.

The organizer of this event is a volunteer and not a professional guide. The function of the organizer is only to organize this event. Each person who signs up for and participates in an event/hike/or outing is responsible for his or her own safety and the safety of his or her guests.
