About this event
Participants in this class will learn the grips and movement patterns that comprise the foundation of wheelchair tennis. We will discuss scoring, strategies, injury prevention, and equipment. Most of all we will have fun! Frequent participants can expect to improve their coordination, speed, and strength. Equipment is available for participants use.
