Memory Care and Music Series

About this event

This program is designed for people with cognitive impairment, https://mim.org/events/memory-care-and-music-series-2026/2026-12-09/ November 11 | Europe Gallery including memory loss and dementia. Each session includes a 45-minute gallery tour led by a MIM museum guide and a 45-minute music-making session facilitated by a music therapist. In each session, participants explore a variety of cultures through instruments and music, interacting, sharing stories, and having a multisensory musical experience. Care partners are invited and encouraged to attend with participants.
