🔥 How to Prepare for Our Hot Yoga Classes Our Hot Yoga classes are heated with infrared heat, creating a deep, detoxifying warmth to support flexibility, circulation, and release. Temperatures range between 107°F and 120°F , depending on the season and outdoor conditions. Please be mindful that it can feel intense, especially if you're new to hot yoga or sensitive to heat — take breaks, hydrate well, and listen to your body. Here’s what to bring and know before class: Mat + Towel: Please bring your own yoga mat and a large towel to place over it. Forgot yours? No worries — rentals are available at the front desk. Water: Bring a full water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your practice. Shower Items (Optional): If you’d like to shower after class, feel free to bring your own products. We also provide towels and a selection of shower essentials if you need them. We can't wait to flow with you! Come ready to sweat, reset, and feel amazing. Cancellation Policy: As a small, local business, every spot in our classes matters deeply to us. We have a new cancellation policy to ensure that every spot is utilized effectively. This change is not just about fees; it's about making sure that those who truly want to join us have the opportunity to do so. Please remember to cancel your reservation before class begins to avoid a $10 fee. Additionally, don't forget to check-in at the front desk before class to avoid being marked as a no-show. Please note that our cut-off time for class is 5 minutes late. Your support and understanding are greatly appreciated as we work to create the best experience for everyone.
