About this event
This is a 60-minute introductory class where those new to the art of pole dance will discover what pole is all about. In this class basic technique on both static and spinning pole will be explored. Spins, walks, sits, holds and climbs will be taught in a supportive and safe environment. Build stamina, strength, flexibility while igniting your passion for pole!
