One hour group meditation on Wednesdays at 7:00pm. Come sit with us. :)
Wednesday meditation group structure: 1 hour
• Gather and settle
• 5-10 minutes guided breathing
• Set intention / sankalpa
• 30 minutes sit in stillness together
• Close
Purpose of the group is to provide participants a place each week with reduced stimulation and a low pressure social setting that has a safe, clear, and predictable way to experience community and connect to inner peace. ✌️
